Anyway, while waiting for stupid Hotmail to allow me to start downloading the attachments I really need, I started to have the itch to blog.

As I'm thinking of what to blog while staring at the empty column which is waiting for me to fill it up with the latest entry, I thought "What will I write this time next year? College life? National Service? New adventures and expedition?" I wonder.

Hmmm. The future can never be foreseen, even if it's interesting and exciting, or dissapointing and depressing, we all still want to know what is going to happen to us. Still, I guess God never let us have the ability to know what is going to happen in the future, it will spoil the fun.

Sports Day 2007

It was the best one I ever experienced throughout my whole life.

Seriously :)

Reached the stadium and was being tiangs, watching the Unggul marchers doing a last minute practice. Their cheer was loud, being the usual lame human... I faced the apartments near the stadium and yelled "SO SORRY! CONTINUE YOUR SLEEP!"

Went into the stadium and got informed that I really HAD to take over May Ling's position in 4x100m... but before the events, the marchings! I only watched the Ungguls, because it is the best marh... Haha.

Okay. I had to run 4x100m since May Ling injured herself during a practice, not being a sprinter, I was half-forced to join it with Hui Zhi, Michelle and Xinhui. Estee, so smart go pull herself out from the team, making losing that event even more promising.

I don't know what the heck she is thinking about, man. But owh well, since they really want to run, I just try my best. No promises, since I know I'm not anywhere near a qualified sprinter.

Yes, we lost. I'm really sorry, I tried my best to catch up... but, Hui Zhi was saying "at least we tried, and we lost with pride..." She damn comforting la since I was so emo. But this failure made me even more determine to win the next event for the day, my 4x400m. Even a bronze is already enough to get me satisfied. Yin Yee did not manage to cling on a medal in 400m too, it was an overtake that killed her chance.

Owh well... at least those made us even more determined to win our last event for this year.

Yes, the wait for terrible. The sun was blazingly hot!

We watched on the girls junior teams running and complimented some. Tracy did well. Sofia too. Anyway, without noticing how time passed, it was finally our turn, the P1 category.

Xinhui's the first runner. I'm the second. Wen Jo's the third. and Yin Yee is our last runner.

Xinhui had a good start, but was overtook halfway. I was cracking my ankles to make sure they are in okay condition to run since my ass was still aching due to last week's saringan's 800m and 1500m. At the last 100m, Xinhui made her last effort to sprint and overtake Maju and slam the purple baton into my wide opened right palm.

I wrapped my fingers tightly around the baton and start running, I felt the breeze... I love long distance events. I called out to Michelle, the second Kesatria runner and chatted with her, single-sidedly, since she isn't answering me... Haha. I ran and ran, and reached the last 100m when I decided to start sprinting my best for the last event for Sports Day in SMKDJ for me to get the baton to the third runner, I got pass Kesatria and yelled for Wen Jo to speed up. Eugene came up to me and slap my back, saying "Good job! Good job!" it was encouraging.

It was upsetting to see the gap that I had closed up enlarging... Wen Jo was trying her best to continue running since she has ashtma. It was really scary when Maju is almost overtaking Wen Jo. My brain went "At least must get third! At least a bronze!" So, I ran to the field beside Wen Jo's track and ran with her, begging her to sprint...

She finally got the baton to Yin Yee. It's up to the long distance girl who can sprint faster than me. She got a proper start, widening the gap between Unggul and Maju again... but it was impossible to catch up with Kesatria again, the gap was too big. Around 50 to 100m or so. Nevermind! At least a position! And I yelled with all my might.

For the last 100m of the whole thing, I did like what I did to the third runner, by running beside her giving encouragements and asking her to sprint to the end... She did, she forced herself away from Maju and closer to the finish line. I was hysterical. I was glad. I was happy. I went up to Xinhui to check if she's okay and hugged Yin Yee, the first thing I said was "We got a position!" . That made Xinhui looked up. She asked "We got something?" and a smile spreaded across her face.

We went back to our seats in the stadium, away from the tracks, I knew I had that silly grin on my face, but I don't care. I'm just too happy to get another medal. Yin Yee, Xinhui and I were congratulated. I did not see Wen Jo anywhere though, but she did a good job, the medal shall be a good present for her birthday man... she did deserve it too.

I start taking photos since all my events are over and I'm in a great mood.

Then, they were announcing the last event of the day is going to be held a moment later.

4x400m, L1 category.

Ungguls were determined to cheer their voice sore for that event. And we all did. It made a difference. This particular race will be the one I will never forget.

Dinie, as the first runner, was okay, if not a tad bit slow. The Ungguls were quite upset already... but the cheer went on.

"Unggul" *clap*clap* (repeatingly)

Boyce is my hero... Okay, fine! Boyce is Unggul's hero! He helped the team and overtook the other runners and was leading. My hero!!! ... okay, FINE! Our hero!!! The crowd got excited. I can sense it, and as I was waving the Unggul sign frantically, Tiam Joo was waving th flag of Unggul.

"say 'Mighty Fighty Unggul! Go Go GO Unggul' , say 'Mighty Fighty Unggul, Go Go GO Unggul!" (repeatingly)

Then, Chee Yen increased our hopes in widening the gap till damn gao gao and the last runner, Eugene, got the baton and got the headstart.

"Eugene!" *claps* "Eugene!" *claps* (repeatingly)

It was at the last 100m when Yong Meng almost overtake him, we were cheering, screaming, yelling. Eugene turned back and saw Yong Meng gaining towards him, Eugene started pushing himself and dashed to our next Gold medal for Unggul.

We conquered the last event for this year's Sports Day.

After the whole thing, it's the positions annoucement. Unggul got 1st in Cheer! but none is marching, it's quite unfair for us to perform last, two houses stole our originality and claimed that as their own. Please la, have some innovation and creativity can? Poor Ee Lin. NEVERMIND! You have next year! You can do it! Eventhough you are like the first female commander I have ever known, but you can do it! I have faith in you, girl!

Unggul ain't top 3 in the overalls. But, I still think Unggul rocks sial.

Cancelled plans on going for KBU rock show as well as the BU3 carnival. But, there's one I am not going to cancel, I pray that Wen Jo is able to go to D.U.M.C's friendship bonding programme, I really want to go for this kind of event for once to see how it is like.

Saringan 2007

I don't feel like talking about it cause I'm lazy. Anyway, this is my first and last year running for Saringan.

First event was 800m, I was nervous like shit...
Second event's 1500m, quite fun, damn drama~

Got a bronze for 1500m event though. Medal only la.

4x400 I think is damn suck la... Blah, my teammates really ah... don't want to train wan.

Sports Day next week... will be photos posted la if I feel like it.

Today's one day when I experience an emotional roller coaster ride, tears in a second and then good news at the next.

I could still remember clearly the day I went for that interview to be a prefect. It was scary, really scary... especially with Kevin Chan as one of the interviewer. If you are reading this, I still don't understand what you meant when you asked me "What kind of discipline you would choose to improve, hard or soft?"

Anyway, today's our Majlis Penyerahan dan Penerimaan Tugas. Hahah! Finally. Our year to enjoy being the VIPs on the day.

Gosh, time flies. It's time for us to retire from our usual duties that we had been going through all these while in secondary school with an exchange with a kind of freedom we have not savour for quite a period. Yesh, we may have retire from our normal duties, but we are still wearing blue, so don't think you can escape from me by doing wrongs... *EVIL LAUGHS*


Okay. Now stop all the nonsense and let's talk about how was the MPPT this year. I did not collect all the photos from everyone since I am kind of tired and lazy to wait for others to upload. But, these are quite okay already, I guess. Owh well...

Argh! In a terribly terrible mood these few days... I can go into deep depression, and highly emotional states and also throw dangerous tantrums in these 3 days...

Okay, maybe it's that stupid hot weather that always never fails to put me in a bad state of moodiness. Yesh, uncomfortable weathers will put me into a foul condition. I hate it. I do.

But, I could not control. The more I try to bottle the emotions up, the worse the outbursts will get. Dammit!

Stupid environmental pollutions. Can't you all give Mother Nature a break? It sures do me good too!
